Matbook is an online marketplace for construction materials. We connect buyers directly with verified suppliers so you can order everything from cement and steel to electrical fittings and plumbing supplies — all in one place.
We currently deliver across most major cities in India. Enter your pincode at checkout to confirm availability and delivery timelines for your address.
Once your order is confirmed you'll receive an order ID and live tracking link via SMS and email. You can also view live status from the My Orders page in your account.
We accept UPI, all major credit and debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery on eligible orders. Bulk orders can also be paid via direct bank transfer.

Yes — orders can be cancelled free of charge until they enter the dispatch stage. After dispatch, please contact our support team to discuss return options.
Damaged or incorrect items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the return is received.
